Deliveries and Collections
We currently deliver to Mount Maunganui, Papamoa and Tauranga areas on Monday to Friday.
If you are outside of these areas and are interested in stocking our products, please contact us to discuss further.
There is a minimum spend of $100.00 (including GST) for deliveries and collections.
Delivery is a flat rate of $15.00 (including GST). Orders over $150.00 (including GST) qualify for free delivery.
Please note that collections are by arrangement and only available Monday to Friday between 9am and 2pm.
Delivery times
Deliveries are made Monday - Friday only.
Our products are made fresh for you and there is a 3 (working) days turnaround to fulfil and deliver your order.
Please bear this in mind when ordering:
Order Monday - delivered Wednesday
Order Tuesday - delivered Thursday
Order Wednesday - delivered Friday
Order Thursday - delivered Monday
Order Friday - delivered Tuesday
Order placed well in advance are also appreciated so feel free to order ahead of time so that we can plan accordingly.
We are unable to guarantee exact delivery times. We strive to have all deliveries prior to lunch but sometimes delays out of our control may occur. If you do require an order at a certain time, we suggest ordering a day in advance.
Collections
Collections of orders from our commercial premises in Hull Road are Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am - 2pm and by appointment only. Your order will be fresh so we recommend you bring a chiller bag with you to keep your order chilled/cool, more especially in the warmer months. Please let us know in advance if you would prefer your order to be frozen.

Orders need to be refrigerated on arrival
Your order will be delivered chilled. Please note that our pies will need to be put into a refrigerator on arrival.

Orders need to received by someone
No order will be left at the address supplied without being received by hand. If no one is there to receive the order, the order will be returned to the factory at the cost to the customer. A redelivery will also incur an additional delivery fee and will be delivered at the discretion and convenience of Rise Pies.

Incorrect delivery address
If an incorrect address for delivery is supplied, redelivery will incur an additional delivery fee and will be delivered at the discretion and convenience of Rise Pies.
